Penny is a yearling filly who we purchased at an auction to save her life. She had a bad injury on her hip/butt. She was totally wild and came with only a coggins test from 2008. Since we have had her, we have gotten her used to haltering and leading, she has been wormed with ivermectin and has had her hooves trimmed as well. We have started her vaccination series and will continue until she is caught up. Her wound is healing great, it is getting smaller and there is just a wrinkle in the skin on the end of it. She does fly spray and stand good for braiding her hair etc. She does seem to be totally sound. There is a possibility that we can get papers on her, we are currently looking into that.
